On Sunday, Feb. 10, at 4, the Lewisboro Library will host an important program for Lewisboro community members — “Storm Preparedness 101.” Town Emergency Management Committee members Adam Ochs and Bill Dingee will lead this informative workshop on what residents need to know to prepare for a major storm, and how to cope in the aftermath (lack of power, communications, etc.). Adam Ochs is the commissioner of the Vista Fire Department and newly appointed chairman of the Lewisboro Office of Emergency Management. Bill Dingee is a 29-year member and chief of the Vista Fire Department and a member of the Lewisboro Emergency Planning Committee since its inception in 2002. Please call the library to register for this program.
