After two meets, both the North Salem-John Jay boys and girls ski teams are perfect.
In their latest competition, last Friday at Thunder Ridge, both teams scored easy wins over Brewster and Mamaroneck to raise their records to 4-0.
The girls team finished with a team time of 154.28, topping Brewster (166.07) and Mamaroneck (195.74). The team time totals the best run (out of two) of the team’s top five finishers.
Dakota Adamec was the overall winner for the second straight meet, with a best run of 29.92.
NS/JJ had the top three finishers overall, and nine of the top 16.
Helen Eifert was second overall (29.91) and Alannah Fryer was third overall (30.88), followed by Bonnie Singh (sixth, 31.7), Amanda Ko (seventh, 32.87), Brianna Caleri (eighth, 32.98), Alice Levy (11th, 34.64), Renee Wallace (14th, 37.02), Eliza Sullivan (16th, 39.04) and Addie Migden (26th, 45.98).
The boys team had a team time of 192.13, beating Mamaroneck (212.66) and Brewster (260.39).
Jack Marschke was the overall race winner with a best run of 37.08.
The boys team showed off its depth, with six of the top ten finishers, and 10 of the top 14.
Rounding out the winning effort were Andrew Marderstein (fifth, 38.25), Trace Beyer (sixth, 38.36), Ryan Reinke (seventh, 39.1), Scott Michaels (eighth, 39.34), Ryan Ledwith (tenth, 40.27), Dan Neuberger (11th, 40.36), Brett Sweeney (12th, 40.45), Matt Neri (13th, 40.91) and Charles Bocklet (14th, 41.26).
